Placing an order?
Click on the product you wish to purchase, select coordinates, select size and quantity then add it to your shopping cart.
How do I select my coordinates?
When you have selected bracelet, you click “pick coordinates”. A map opens up and you can search your place on the map to get your unique coordinates.
What size should I order?
The bracelets are not adjustable, so please make sure that you choose the correct size. There are four different sizes to choose between. If you are between two sizes we recommend the larger size. Size chart
On the Check Out page you can enter your promotion code.
After placing an order and finished the payment process, you will receive a confirmation e-mail within a couple of minutes. If you don’t see it, check your spam e-mails. If you still can’t find the confirmation please contact us at email@example.com
Changing and cancelling my order?
Shipping is free. We are using a standard delivery option at the moment so we can’t provide you with a tracking number. Our aim is to ship the order within 24 hours.
Where will my products be delivered?
The package is delivered to the shipping address entered when purchasing the bracelet. With some shipping agents it will be shipped to a pick up place.
Our aim is to ship the order within 24 hours. And deliver within a week to Europe and within 10-12 days to the rest of the world.
I have not received my bracelet, what should I do?

We ship worldwide.
What payment methods do you offer?
We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express, PayPal and Apple Pay.
Fees and taxes?
If your country is part of the European Union there is no additional fees or taxes. For other countries check with the customs for information about additional fees and taxes.
Return and refunds?
Since every bracelet is unique with your own handmade coordinates we are unable to make any refunds. But you can of course change the size or colour of the cork cord if it’s still unused. For instructions contact email@example.com
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
